Up to 30 days before arrival we charge 30% of accommodation price
Up to 20 days before arrival we charge 50% of accommodation price
Up to 3 days before arrival we charge 100% of accommodation price

I consent to Penzion u Terezky s.r.o., registered office Dědina 50, Hlohovec 691 43, place of business Dědina 50, Hlohovec 691 43, Company ID 08455899 (hereinafter referred to as 'Controller'), processing my personal data for marketing purposes consisting in offering accommodation and related services provided by the Controller, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection (hereinafter referred to as 'personal data protection act') as amended and in accordance with Regulation No. 2016/679 'GDPR', for an indefinite period, or until revocation of this consent.
I confirm that I am familiar with my rights related to the processing of my personal data, in particular
access to my personal data, their correction or deletion, or restriction of processing

to data portability in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format
