Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as \"Terms\") govern the relationship between the operator of the accommodation facility Penzion U Terezky s.r.o., with registered office at Dědina 50, 691 43 Hlohovec, Company ID: 08455899 (hereinafter referred to as \"operator\" or \"guesthouse\") and the person who uses the guesthouse accommodation services (hereinafter referred to as \"guest\" or \"client\").

By entering into the accommodation contract, the guest confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these Terms and agree to them.

2.1 Reservations can be made by phone, email or through the reservation system on the guesthouse website.

2.2 The reservation becomes binding after the guest receives written (email) confirmation of the reservation from the operator.

2.3 During summer months (July and August), we provide exclusively weekly stays from Sunday to Sunday.

2.4 The operator reserves the right to refuse a reservation without giving a reason.

3.1 Accommodation prices are listed on the guesthouse website. The operator is not a VAT payer.

3.2 A deposit of 30-50% of the total accommodation price may be required to confirm the reservation.

3.3 The balance for accommodation is payable upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer to the guesthouse account.

3.4 In case of non-payment of the deposit within the specified period, the operator reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

4.1 The guest has the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract. In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

4.2 Cancellation must be made in written form (email).

4.3 In case of early termination of the stay by the guest, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the paid amount.

5.1 The guest is obliged to comply with the guesthouse operating rules and respect quiet hours (22:00 - 6:00).

5.2 The guest is obliged to handle the guesthouse equipment carefully and is responsible for any damage caused by them.

5.3 The guest is required to present a valid identity document upon arrival.

5.4 Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the guesthouse.

5.5 Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.

5.6 Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00, Check-out: until 10:00

6.1 The operator undertakes to provide the guest with accommodation in the scope and quality corresponding to the confirmed reservation.

6.2 The operator has the right to refuse accommodation to a person who behaves inappropriately or violates the operating rules.

6.3 The operator is not responsible for guest's belongings unless they were stored in a designated place.

6.4 The operator reserves the right to change the assigned room for a room of the same or higher category.

7.1 In case of dissatisfaction with services, the guest is obliged to file a complaint immediately with the operator, but no later than at check-out.

7.2 The complaint will be resolved within 30 days of receipt.

The operator processes guests' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and data protection principles, which are available on the Privacy Policy page.

9.1 These Terms are valid from January 1, 2024.

9.2 The operator reserves the right to change these Terms. Changes are effective on the day of their publication on the guesthouse website.

9.3 The relationship between the operator and the guest is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

9.4 In case of dispute, the court at the operator's registered office has jurisdiction.
